After 20 wonderful years of serving our guests here in Niseko,
STEAK ROSSO ROSSO has officially closed its doors this past spring. (2025)

We are deeply grateful for the continued support and love we’ve received over the years.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
 

Niseko has changed so quickly both in a good way and a bad way.
To continue our restaurant business in a good health and with same energic passion for next several years, we also need to change our performance.
 
Today, we’re excited to share a new chapter with you.
 
This coming winter, we will reopen under a new name and concept:
WAGYU STEAK NISEKO (tentative name) — a restaurant dedicated to showcasing the finest Japanese Wagyu.
 
With a renewed focus on quality, tradition, and a truly memorable dining experience, we look forward to welcoming you back to a place where flavor, warmth, and hospitality meet.
 
Preparations are underway, and we’ll be sharing updates right here on our website.

＊13名様以上のご予約の際は直接店舗までご連絡下さい。
 
＊13名様以上のご予約は、ディナーコースのみのご提供です。
アラカルトメニュー不可。お子様は除く。
 
＊ご予約可能時間は、17時30分（2時間制）或いは20時30分、21時です。
 
＊特定日（クリスマス、年末年始）のご利用はお断りいたしております。
 
 
　　　▶オンラインでご選択いただけない時間でもご予約可能な場合がございます。店舗までお問い合わせください。
 
 
▶During peak periods, we have seating times either 17:30pm(2hrs),18:00pm(2hrs) or 20:30pm.
 
▶Group bookings
         ＊For reservation of 13people or more, please contact us directly.
 
*Groups over 13 people are required to order the dinner couse menu.
A la carte menu is not available. Children can order the kids menu.
 
*We can only accept the booking time at either 17:30pm(2hrs), 20:30pm or 21:00pm. 
 
*Plase note that we cannot take a large group booking during the special dates such as Christmas (Dec 24th & 25th) / New Year periods(Dec 31st & Jan 1st).
