STEAK ROSSO ROSSO has officially closed its doors this past spring. (2025)
We are deeply grateful for the continued support and love we’ve received over the years.

Niseko has changed so quickly both in a good way and a bad way.
To continue our restaurant business in a good health and with same energic passion for next several years, we also need to change our performance.
Today, we’re excited to share a new chapter with you.
This coming winter, we will reopen under a new name and concept:
Wagyu Steak KAKU NISEKO by Steak Rosso Rosso — a restaurant dedicated to showcasing the finest Japanese Wagyu.
With a renewed focus on quality, tradition, and a truly memorable dining experience, we look forward to welcoming you back to a place where flavor, warmth, and hospitality meet.
